Avocado Mango Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 12 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cups broccoli
- cut into bite size pieces
- 2 mangoes
- ripe
- cubed
- 2 avocados
- cubed
- 12 cup red onion
- chopped
- 34 cup golden raisin
- himalayan salt & fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Saute broccoli in the oil until crisp-tender.
- Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- Chill and serve!
