Avery Island Hot Bread Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 c. minced red bell pepper
• 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. minced garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp. minced canned green chiles
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 x extra-large egg
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1/4 c. vodka
• 2 tsp salt
• 10 dsh tabasco sauce
• green or possibly red
• 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
• 1 c. cornmeal
• 2 c. bread flour
• 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer.
2. Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.
3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
4. Yield: 1 loaf
