Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cutlets
- sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 slc mozzarella cheese for each cutlet bread crumbs
- 1 stk butter (1/4 c.) melted
- 1 c. white wine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Dip each cutlet in bread crumbs and lay a piece of cheese in the middle of the cutlet.
- Roll the cutlet up and secure with a toothpick.
- Dip the roll in butter, then in bread crumbs and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- After all the cutlets are dipped, drizzle the remaining butter over the cutlets and bake uncovered for 20 min.
- Add in white wine and bake uncovered another 20 min.
