Ingredients
- 4 x Large eggs
- separated
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Cool Water
Instructions
- Whip egg whites stiff and add in 1/2 of the sugar.
- Beat egg yolks til thick and add in rest of sugar, cool water, vanilla and salt.
- Fold egg yolk mix into egg white.
- Slowly add in flour and baking pwdr and pour batter into oblong pan.
- Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
- Beginning at narrow end, roll up in a tea towel and allow to cold.
- Spread w/ whipped cream topped w/ fresh cut strawberries.
- Flute top w/ whipped cream and decorate w/ mint leaves and fresh strawberries... EXCELLANT!
