Aunt Deloris's Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn
- drained
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento
- 12 cup sliced green onion
- 2 stalks celery
- chopped
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup canola oil
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix vegetables together in dish.
- Thoroughly mix all dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Toss lightly and chill, preferably overnight.
