Asparagus with brown mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 6 brown mushrooms
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Wash asparagus and snip 2cm off the end.
- Finely chop garlic
- Add all ingredients on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
