Ingredients
- 1 cup each snowpeas
- sliced red peppers and sliced green onions
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Instructions
- COMBINE vegetables and spaghetti in large mixing bowl.
- COMBINE mayonnaise, peanut butter and water in saucepan.
- Add soy sauce and ginger.
- Mix well and cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until smooth.
- POUR dressing over salad and toss well.
