- 2 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
- 5 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Light soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp Sugar

- In response to Sarah Novotny's request, here are two oriental dressing which Schlesinger.
- I found the book at a bookstore which sells overstocks and used books.
- While I have not tried any of the recipes yet, they look very good.
- She follows Ornish-based recipes and includes fast, microwave recipes.
- Yield: 4 servings (1.5 Tablespoons each)

- Time: 5 min
- This dressing works well on salads featuring oriental veggies or possibly fuit such as apples (author's remarks).
- Mix the ingredients together and serve.
