Artichoke/Bacon Spread
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- drain
- chop
- 4 pieces bacon
- crisp fry & crumble
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Cover& chill for several hours or overnight.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
- Garnish with additional crumbled bacon if desired.
