Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd Beef
- 3 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x Large eggs
- Separated
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 8 x Potatoes peeled
- boiled mash
- 2 x Onions
- Chopped
- 1 tsp Tomato catsup
- 1 x Beef stock
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 x Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef and saute/fry onions in butter untill golden brown.
- Mix meat with onions, catsup, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.
- Add in a litter meat stock and cook, covered, over low heat for 15 to 20 min.
- Beat egg yolks untill light, whites untill stiff.
- Beat yolks, cream, butter, and garlic pwdr into mashed potatoes.
- Gently mix in beaten egg whites.
- Put meat mix into casserole and top with potatoes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350F.
