Ingredients
- 1/3 c. apricot jam
- warmed
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 x clove garlic
- crushed
- 1/2 tsp grnd mixed spice
Instructions

- Place jam, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, garlic and mixed spice in a bowl and mix to combine.

- Brush glaze over meat, chicken or possibly fish and grill, barbecue, pan cook or possibly bake.
- Uses: For a quick, easy and delicious meal, try this glaze brushed over ham steaks or possibly chicken fillets.
