Ingredients
- 175 gm Butter
- (6oz)
- 25 gm Golden brown syrup
- (1oz)
- 125 gm Light soft brown sugar
- (4oz)
- 250 gm Porridge oats
- (8oz)
- 50 gm Pumpkin seeds
- (2oz)
- 50 gm Dry
- ready to eat apricots
- roughly minced (2oz)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4.
- Grease an 18 x 28cm (7 x 11 inch) swiss roll tin.
- Heat the butter and syrup together in a saucepan, add in the remaining ingredients.
- Turn the mix into the tin and spread proportionately.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 min.
- Allow to cold slightly, then cut into fingers and carefully remove from the tin.
- NOTES : A healthy, tasty snack ideal for packed lunch boxes.
