Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- all-purpose
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- seedless optional
Instructions
- In bowl, blend butter and cocoa.
- Add applesauce.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Add cocoa mixture and eggs.
- Blend just until moistened.
- Fold in raisins.
- Spoon into greased medium sized muffins cups.
- Bake at 350 degress F for 20 minutes.
