Apple-Cinnamon Delights Cupcakes

Ingredients

• prepared yellow cake mix batter
• 2 cups Granny Smith apples
• peeled
• small diced
• and sauteed
• 2 cups PHILADELPHIA DELIGHTS Cinnamon
• divided

Instructions

1. Portion 2.5 oz.
2. cake batter into each of 24 cupcake liners (or 12 cupcake liners for trial recipe).
3. Spoon 2 tsp.
4. apples and 1 tsp.
5. DELIGHTS into center of each cupcake.
6. Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 25 min.
7. or until done.
8. Cool completely.
9. Spoon remaining DELIGHTS into pastry bag fitted with star tip.
10. Pipe rosettes, about 1 Tbsp.
11. each, onto each cupcake.
12. Top each with 2 tsp.
13. of the remaining apples.
