Appetizers Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb Grnd round Egg Beatersr 99% egg substitute
• equal 1 egg
• 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
• 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
• 1/3 c. Onion
• finely minced
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 c. Ketchup
• 1/2 c. Onion
• minced
• 1/3 c. Sugar
• 1/3 c. Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 tsp Pepper

Instructions

1. Enjoy these.
2. Combine the first six ingredients; mix well.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain.
5. Place in a 2 1/2-qt baking dish.
6. Combine sauce ingredients.
7. Pour over meatballs.
8. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F 50 - 60 min or possibly till meatballs are done.
9. Yields: 4 dozen
10. Serving Size: 3 meatballs
