Andreas Viestad's Bread on a Stick

Ingredients

• 1 lb pizza dough
• 12 cup jarlsberg cheese
• grated

Instructions

1. Work cheese into dough.
2. Wrap dough around two or three sticks and grill at one side of the fire.
3. Make sure the bread is not in direct contact with the flames.
