Ingredients
- 2 Chikuwa
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Red pickled ginger
- 1 Mayonnaise (optional)
- 8 Toothpicks
Instructions
- Make a vertical cut through each chikuwa stick.
- Be careful not to cut through.
- Flatten with the browned part facing up.
- Top with thinly sliced cucumber and pickled ginger.
- Put more cucumber on top, and roll the fish sticks from the part nearest to you.
- Secure with toothpicks, slice the rolls between the toothpicks, and they are done!
