Amynah's Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bread
- butter
- to toast
Instructions
- Beat together eggs and all masalas.
- Remove crusts from bread slices.
- Dip them in the beaten eggs.
- Toast using little butter or ghee in medium flame to cook.
- Serve hot.
