Almond Buttercream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. Butter
• 3/4 c. Confectioners sugar", "1/2 tsp Almond extract", "3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Instructions

1. In bowl with electric beaters, cream butter till light & smooth.
2. Add in sugar, 1/2 c. at a time, beating till mix is very creamy & smooth.
3. Beat in extract & 2 Tbls.
4. lowfat milk.
5. If too thick, add in additional lowfat milk.
