  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • room temperature
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • peeled
  • cored and chopped
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 12 cup chablis
  • dried parsley
  • for garnish

Instructions
