Ingredients
- 6 x Large eggs Salt to taste
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 med Onions
- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee (or possibly butter
- if you do not have ghee)
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1/2 x Inch fresh ginger
- 4 x Green chillies
- 1 bn (small) coriander
- minced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 sm Tomatoes
- minced
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Break Large eggs in bowl, add in salt and lowfat milk, mix lightly.
- Grind garlic and ginger together in a paste.
- In a frying pan, fry onions in ghee till golden.
- Add in ginger-garlic paste, fry for a couple of min, add in tomatoes, cumin seeds, chillies, coriander, turmeric.
- Cook for about five min, till all ingredients are well mixed.
- Remove from fire and allow to cold.
- Add in the egg mix, stir over medium heat till akuri resembles scrambled Large eggs.
