Aji-Moyashi (Marinated Bean Sprouts) for Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Bean sprouts
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 dash Doubanjiang

Instructions

  1. You can just use the bean sprouts as-is if you like, but if you take the thin roots off they'll look better and have a better texture too.
  2. Rinse the bean sprouts, and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Drain.
  4. Drain off the water.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and mix with all the flavoring ingredients while still hot.
  6. Finished!
  7. Try it on top of ramen!
