Ingredients
- 1 x Chicken
- frying
- cut up
- 2 x Chilies
- split
- 1 x Onion
- small
- sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Coriander seed
- grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seed
- grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk Oil
Instructions
- Put chicken in a pan with all the ingredients except the oil.
- Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- or possibly till liquid has been absorbed.
- Heat oil and deep fry chicken till golden.
