Adult Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 12 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup pecan halves
• toasted
• 1 cup coconut
• toasted
• 14 cup brandy or 14 cup Bourbon

Instructions

1. Soften ice cream.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Re-freeze.
