Ingredients
- 1 scoop low-fat orange sherbet
- 12 cup cantaloupe
- 12 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 12 cup low-fat milk
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
