Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomatoes cubed
  • 1 medium red onion sliced thin
  • 1 small hot chili peppers or mildly hot
  • fresh sliced
  • 1 inch ginger (some matchstick slices)
  • 1 each lemon juice of
  • fresh
  • 1 x salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the vegetables, some salt and squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.
  2. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
  3. Tastes great with channa masala and roti or as the prime chutney with aloo paranthas.
