Ingredients
- 1 medium tomatoes cubed
- 1 medium red onion sliced thin
- 1 small hot chili peppers or mildly hot
- fresh sliced
- 1 inch ginger (some matchstick slices)
- 1 each lemon juice of
- fresh
- 1 x salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl add the vegetables, some salt and squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
- Tastes great with channa masala and roti or as the prime chutney with aloo paranthas.
