A Healthier Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can good quality chunk white tuna packed in water
  • 5 ounces
  • 1 can great nothern beans
  • drained and rinsed 15 ounce
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 avocado
  • mashed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the vegetables.
  2. Cut them in a fine chop.
  3. Drain can of tuna and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add avocado and mash up tuna and avocado.
  5. Add all other ingredients.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Taste for any salt or pepper adjustments.
  8. Serve over a multi grain bread or I like Wasa brand crackers.
