Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 12 tablespoons Chinese wine
  • 1 12 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 14 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 12 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Bring broth to boiling.
  2. Mix Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in bowl; add to broth and stir.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Scramble egg, drizzle and stir into soup.
  5. Serve.
