5 Minute Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
- 1 12 tablespoons Chinese wine
- 1 12 teaspoons soy sauce
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 2 12 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Bring broth to boiling.
- Mix Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in bowl; add to broth and stir.
- Remove from heat.
- Scramble egg, drizzle and stir into soup.
- Serve.
