Ingredients
- 1 Day old french bread (JJs)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese spread
- 2 tbsp butter(melted)
- 8 slice pepperoni/genoa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp cold avocado spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 420.
- Place bread on baking sheet.
- Butter bottom, sides and outer edges lightly.
- Spread light layer of cream cheese then top with a light layer of shredded cheese.
- Layer on Pepperonis/salami.
- Top with a little more shredded cheese.
- Let them warm in the preheated oven for 2 min and then broil them for about 4 min.
- Or until golden brown.
- (Optional, top with cold diced tomatoes/feta cheese)
- This was another one I made the next day, veggie version topped with tomatoes and cheese
