Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 12 cup soy sauce
- reduced sodium
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- minced fresh
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- packed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 scallions
- thinly sliced
Instructions
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with spray and set over medium-high heat.
- Add the prok and cook until browned on all sides, about 6 minute
- Transfer the pork to a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
- Combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl; pour over the pork.
- Cook, covered, until fork tender (3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low).
- Transfer to cutting board and cut into 8 slices.
- Serve with sprinkled scallions.
