Ingredients
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 100 grams Low-calorie strawberry jam
- 120 grams Silken tofu (no need to strain)
Instructions
- This time, I used this jam.
- Combine 80 g of jam, pancake mix, and tofu in a bowl.
- Mix it all together with a spoon.
- Line the cake pan with kitchen parchment paper and pour the mixture in.
- Top with the remaining 20 g of jam.
- Bake in an oven at 180C for 25 minutes and it's done.
- Serve as you like with whipped cream.
