15 Minute Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- prepared
- 1 lb beef flank steak
- cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups stir fry vegetables
- thawed
- 34 cup teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; Cover.
- Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
